How can I try on your pieces?

We offer our AMOI Fit and Try Service, where we arrange to send you 2 different sizes of the same design for you to find your best fit size. Find out more here.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We endeavor to dispatch your orders within 2-4 working days. All local orders are shipped via courier, and a tracking number will be provided. 

For international orders, delivery times may vary, kindly contact us prior to placing your order. You will receive your shipment tracking link once your order is prepared.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer complimentary shipping within Singapore for all orders over SGD 150 in a single receipt. For orders below SGD150 in a single receipt, shipping fee is at a flat rate of SGD 4 for shipping, which includes a tracking number for your peace of mind. 

For international shipping, kindly reach out to us before placing your order.

What if my items don't quite fit me? Can I make an exchange?

Items are eligible for a one-time size exchange, subject to availability, but refunds are not permitted. In the event that we do not have the desired size available, you may exchange it for another design in your size, or a store credit refund, valid for one year. Cash refunds are not permissible.

Sale items are also eligible for a one-time size exchange, but refunds or exchanges for other items are not allowed. If we do not have the desired size available, you may exchange it for another design in your size, or a store credit refund, valid for one year. Cash refunds are not permissible.

For exchanges, customers are required to pay a flat fee of SGD4 for AMOI to courier exchanged items back with tracking numbers in a single order. However, if exchanged items can be delivered with an existing new order, the SGD4 fee will be waived.

Exchange policy above applies only for regular and sale items. No exchanges are allowed for pre-orders and customized pieces. 

My item is damaged or I received the wrong size.

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or in the wrong size, please contact us within 3 days of receiving them for further instructions. We accept returns only for items in their original condition, with no signs of usage and with label tags attached, before issuing a new piece to you. In the event the item you want is unavailable, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, valid for 1 year.

We seek your understanding that shipping for returned items be covered by the customer. We recommend opting for registered mail with tracking numbers. Please reach out to us before returning any items.
